Nestled in among pecan groves, pastures, small farms, and produce stands, Salt Mine Wine grows Italian varietals. One of Camp Verde’s newest additions, the winery has also sourced grapes from other budding wine regions in Arizona while their own vines reached maturity. Enjoy a tasting of delicious, complex, limited production wines at their vineyard on Saturdays and holidays.

Known for their brand, Rio Claro Wines, Clear Creek Vineyard & Winery is fairly new to the Verde Valley and growing fast. With a quaint setting and regular live music, Clear Creek is a nice getaway for daytrippers traveling through. Stop by and try their estate-grown wines, all produced on site!

Camp Verde is on its way to becoming the Pecan Capital of the world, or at least it is according to the owner of Summer Place Pecan Farm. Having planted his pecan trees over 30 years ago, Dr. Tinlin’s orchard produces a variety of golden, delicious Western, Mohawk, and Wichita Pecans. Visit their “Nut House” and stock up on Arizona’s tastiest Pecans today!

With a farming history that spans 6 generations, Hauser & Hauser’s Summer Corn Stand is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Almost every day of the week from late June through August, you can grab a bag and stock up on fresh sweet corn! Just check their facebook page or call to find out if they’ll be open. Babe’s Round-Up has been serving up barbeque favorites in Camp Verde for over 34 years, and according to the owners, “Cooking great meals and entertaining has always been our family's way of life. From good ol' boys with down home cowboy cooking, to wining-and-dining those highfalutin' politicians, we've fed and entertained them all.”

An upscale dining experience in the heart of Main Street, Moscato serves up homemade pasta and gourmet desserts. Sit inside the historic 1901 building that’s been everything from a brothel to an inn or outside on their beautiful patio, with gorgeous trees and views.

Located in the oldest commercial building in the Verde Valley, the site of a wild west murder in the late 1800’s, Sutler’s Steakhouse has steaks that are hand-cut in-house, local grass-fed angus burgers, and live music four nights a week. Sutler’s is modern, yet rustic and looks like it was made for an Arizona cowboy.

The Verde Brewing Company is a Farm-to-Mug Brewery creating handcrafted beers with local ingredients grown in the Verde Valley. Offering a full food menu, take some time to stop in and try their Saison, Off to Jail Pale Ale, Bullpen Bourbon Stout, or whatever new concoction has been recently tapped!

Check out the Verde Valley Farmers' Market Saturdays May 19-October 6, 2018 8am-noon and at select times in the fall for fresh, local produce, flowers, plants, honey, beef, chicken, eggs, pecans, homemade pie, jam, bread, coffee, and more. Located under the Ramada, across Hollamon Street from Fort Verde State Historic Park (just off of Main Street), the Verde Valley Farmers’ Market is the perfect place to buy and sell agricultural products while taking in some live music.
