Fuerza Local's Business Accelerator Program Graduates Another 46 Hispanic Business Owners

The Fuerza Local Arizona Program continues to serve participants in the newest cohort. 46 Hispanic entrepreneurs will be recognized as the latest group to graduate the Fuerza Local Business Accelerator Program.

The Fuerza Local Business Accelerator Program is a six-month training program offered at no cost to underserved Hispanic business owners in the Valley. During the program, entrepreneurs learn some of the fundamentals to launch or develop their business, creating a firm foundation for their goals. Lessons on accounting, social media, marketing, and many others are taught completely in Spanish by industry professionals and experts, giving participants the opportunity to learn from some of the best and most experienced in the Valley.

We appreciate all the support Fuerza Local has given us. It doesn’t matter how much experience you think you have in running a business, this program has allowed us to better understand the simplest to the most complex business concepts. They give us the tools. It is up to us to put them into practice.

260 business owners have already completed the program since its launch in 2014, and have made well over $8.1 million in gross sales.

It’s an honor to witness the transformation of the Latino business owners who go through our program. Their commitment to positively impact the economy in Arizona is not only demonstrated by the jobs they’ve created but also in their collaboration with locally owned businesses.
