Free Webinar Will Instruct Rural Leaders and Business Owners How To Avoid Burnout

Local First Arizona Foundation through the Arizona Rural Development Council hosts a monthly free webinar series titled Generating Solutions for Rural Development. This series addresses a number of topics pertaining to development issues, specifically in the context of rural communities. Topics will rotate on a monthly basis with new speakers, examples, and ideas coming from all corners of the state.

The next webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, February 28, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and will share solutions and techniques for avoiding burnout and helping others succeed. Attendees of this webinar will learn how personality types tie directly into success or burnout; how to regain your free-time and find more enjoyment in your commitments, and how to make yourself a better leader and engage your paid or unpaid workforce.

While you enjoy being involved in your community, inevitably, you can start to burn out. This webinar will help those facing burnout identify methods and tools to achieve balance and success.
— Maya Azzi, Rural Programs Coordinator for the Local First Arizona Foundation
